Cancellations + Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Eligible cancellations will receive a 50% refund of the styling service fee and any selected add-ons. Your first reschedule is complimentary when requested at least 24 hours in advance; a $25 fee applies to a second reschedule. Requests made within 24 hours are subject to our late cancellation policy.
Late Cancellations + No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the styling service fee and any selected add-ons, and a new appointment must be booked and paid for. Studio VII reserves the right to decline future styling appointments after repeated no-shows.
Style Profile
Your Style Profile helps us thoughtfully prepare for your appointment. Please complete or update your profile at least 48 hours before your appointment. If your appointment is booked within 48 hours, your profile must be completed or updated within one hour of booking. If your profile is not received within the required timeframe, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will count as your first reschedule.
Guests + Late Arrivals
Styling appointments are designed as a one-on-one experience; additional guests are not permitted. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals; however, arriving late will not extend your scheduled appointment time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled appointment depending on availability.
Payment + Additional Looks
Styling service fees and any selected add-ons are paid in full at the time of booking and are separate from merchandise purchased during your appointment. Styling fees are not applied as a credit toward merchandise purchases. Additional looks must be selected at the time of booking to allow Studio VII to prepare accordingly and are subject to the same cancellation and refund policies as the styling service.
Wardrobe Pieces
Wardrobe + Studio Styling only
Clients may bring up to 6 personal wardrobe pieces to be styled during their appointment. This may include clothing, handbags, and other key wardrobe pieces. Shoe options may be brought separately to help complete the vision for each look and do not count toward the 6-piece limit. If more than 6 wardrobe pieces are brought, only 6 will be styled during the appointment. The 6-piece allowance refers to personal wardrobe pieces and does not represent the number of looks that will be created.
